MSProspector Client Upsell
The revenue hiding in the clients you already have.
Connect your PSA, RMM, and Microsoft 365. Client Upsell reads what you already know about every client — and surfaces the backup gaps, license waste, end-of-life hardware, and unbilled seats you haven't had time to find. Dollarized, deduped, and one click from your pipeline or your quote tool.
First month free · Published pricing · Cancel before the month ends and pay nothing.

How it works
Connect. Find. Send. Prove.
Connect your stack
Read-only credentials, vaulted and verified. Your PSA is the spine; every added source lights up more detections.
We find the money
Every six hours, 15 detection families sweep every client: coverage gaps, waste, lifecycle, drift. Each finding carries its evidence.
You pick, we deliver
Tick the findings worth pursuing. One click sends them to your CRM, your PSA pipeline, a Quoter draft, or a ScalePad initiative.
We count what closes
Every opportunity we send carries a tracking number. When it closes in your CRM or your PSA, we count it — so renewal starts with the revenue this found you, in your own numbers.
What it finds
The findings your team would make — if they had a week per client.
Servers without working backup
Clients paying for BDR where jobs are failing — and clients with no coverage at all. One is a retention save, the other is new recurring revenue. We never blur the two.
Microsoft 365 license waste & fit
Paid seats nobody uses, and Basic seats doing Premium jobs. Right-size the spend, close the security gap, lift your margin.
MFA gaps that block insurance
Licensed users who can enroll but never did — the exact list, minus shared mailboxes. A security project their cyber policy already requires.
End-of-life hardware & software
Machines past warranty, operating systems and server software out of support. Planned refresh projects instead of nine emergencies.
Unbilled seat growth
Headcount grew; the agreement didn't. Flagged as a true-up you're owed — counted separately so it never inflates the upsell number.
Unmanaged devices on the network
Devices your network monitoring can see but your RMM isn't managing. Bring them under contract.
…plus capacity pressure, ticket-pattern opportunities, renewals held apart as retention, and account-review scheduling. New detections ship continuously — your vote drives the roadmap.
Works with your stack
Reads what you run. Sends where you sell.
Run something we don't read yet? Tell us in the app — the connector roadmap is driven by customer votes.
Client-ready, not spreadsheet-ready
Documents your clients actually see.
Technology Recommendations
The per-client opportunity review — your logo, plain English, only the findings you selected. Built for the account conversation.
Your IT This Month
A forwardable monthly one-pager: the work you did, the threats you stopped, and at most one thing worth their attention.
Technology Plan
The annual budget document — phased by quarter, services separated from pass-through hardware, ready for their planning cycle.
Built on rules, not vibes
Why MSPs trust the number.
Every dollar shows its arithmetic
No invented numbers. Each opportunity carries the evidence and the math behind its estimate — or no dollar at all. Unknown is never treated as a problem to sell.
Nothing reaches your client unreviewed
You tick the findings worth presenting. An unselected finding is out — not pending. Your judgment gates everything that leaves the building.
Read-only, by construction
Detection connectors make read requests only — we verify a credential's permissions at connect time and refuse one that can write. Sync and push use separate, separately-consented credentials.
The receipt
When a pushed opportunity closes, we count it. Your renewal conversation starts with the signed revenue this found — not a feature list.
Full security architecture — encryption, credential handling, audit trail — documented here.
Published pricing
Flat tiers by client count. From $299/month.
No per-seat metering, no sales-gated quote, no surprise renewal. Five tiers from 25 to 1,000 managed clients — annual pays for 11 months, and one closed opportunity typically covers the year.
Questions, answered straight
What does Client Upsell connect to?
Your PSA (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, SuperOps, Syncro, Atera, Kaseya), your RMM (NinjaOne, Datto RMM, ConnectWise Automate, N-able and more), Microsoft 365, network monitoring (Auvik), backup (Datto BCDR, Veeam), and IT Glue. Connect what you run — every source lights up more detections.
Is it safe to give access?
Detection is read-only by construction: we check a credential's permissions when you connect it and refuse one that can write. Credentials are encrypted with keys held in Microsoft Azure Key Vault, reads are logged in an audit trail you can see, and we never keep a copy of your systems' raw data — only the findings.
How fast do results show up?
First findings arrive with the first pull — typically the same day you connect. Trend-based detections (seat growth, drift) build over the first month as baselines accumulate, which is exactly why the first month is free.
What do I actually get?
A ranked, dollarized findings list per client; client-ready documents (Technology Recommendations, a monthly IT update, and an annual Technology Plan); and one-click delivery of selected findings to your CRM pipeline, your PSA's sales pipeline, a Quoter draft quote, or a ScalePad initiative.
How is it priced?
Flat monthly tiers by how many clients you manage, starting at $299/month — published, no sales call required. Annual pays for 11 months. Your first month is free.
Does it write to my PSA or my clients' systems?
Never from detection. Delivery actions — creating a pipeline opportunity or a draft quote — use separate credentials you consent to independently, and they only fire when a person clicks send on a finding they selected.
One system, three modules
Find it. Win it. Then grow it.
Each one earns its keep alone. Run them together and the same account shows up three times — as a lead, as a win, and then as a client you keep growing.
Lead Signals
Businesses in your territory caught in a buying moment — a breach disclosed, an IT role posted, a compliance deadline landing, a competitor's contract ending. Dated, sourced, and on your desk each morning.
Sales Playbooks
The how-to-win for a specific account: their exposure, their stack, the buying committee, the objections you'll hear, and the opener. Cited, so you can repeat it in the room without guessing.
Client Upsell
Connect the PSA, RMM and M365 you already run. We find the backup gaps, license waste, EOL hardware and seats you're not billing for — dollarized, per client, ready to send.
Between every signal and every sale sits the same gap: someone has to work it, the same day, every day. AIDO and the BDR desk are how Marketopia closes it for you.
